Buckley Properties specializes in the site selection, development, construction, leasing, management and financing of retail properties located mainly in the Southeastern and Southwestern United States.

The primary business of Buckley Properties is the development of multi-tenant shopping centers and single tenant retail buildings. The company is also involved in financing and primary partnership of retail developments.

The company was founded by Principal Richard Buckley who has more than 25 years of experience oriented to development, management, marketing and financing of commercial real estate. Previous experience includes co-owner and partner of Buckley Shuler Properties since 1993 with the development of over 3 million square feet of retail space in seven states. Born and educated in Great Britain, Richard Buckley has previous work experience in England, Europe and the Middle Eastern countries. Experience includes project development and property management in commercial and residential developments including retail, single story office/warehouse, business park facilities, multi-story office and townhouses.
